Adult ADHD Assessment

Undiagnosed ADHD Can Impact Your Life

Have you ever found yourself struggling with constant distractions, making careless mistakes, or facing social challenges, all while wondering if there’s something more behind it? Maybe you’ve questioned whether ADHD could be the root cause, but you weren’t sure how to go about finding out. If this sounds familiar, our easy and comprehensive assessment is here to help you gain clarity, so you can finally understand your experience and take the first step toward feeling better.

Adult ADHD shows up differently for everyone. Maybe you’re dealing with impulsivity, disorganization, procrastination, or forgetfulness—challenges that can spiral into frustration, low self-esteem, and even depression. You might also experience mood swings, anxiety, or physical symptoms like headaches and fatigue, all of which can drain your confidence and productivity.

We know how deeply ADHD can affect your life, and we’re here to walk with you every step of the way, offering the support and understanding you need to thrive.

It’s NotToo Late To Get Properly Diagnosed

If you’ve ever felt like you missed the chance for an ADHD diagnosis during childhood, know this—it’s never too late. Getting the right diagnosis now can be a game-changer, opening up new strategies to help you manage your symptoms and truly improve your quality of life.

A comprehensive, research-based Adult ADHD assessment can give you the insights you need to better understand how your mind works. Perhaps You Still Have Some Questions About ADHD Assessments…

No need to worry! A previous ADHD diagnosis as a child is not a requirement for receiving a proper diagnosis as an adult. Many people receive an ADHD diagnosis later in life due to a variety of reasons, such as a lack of access to mental health services or because their symptoms may not have been severe enough to warrant a diagnosis earlier on.

A proper ADHD diagnosis as an adult can still be achieved through our comprehensive evaluation.

It’s understandable to feel nervous about your assessment, but it’s important to remember that the purpose of the evaluation is to gain a comprehensive understanding of your symptoms and experiences.

During the assessment, the mental health professional will ask questions and gather information to make an accurate diagnosis in addition to a standardized assessment that is based on a statistical analysis of thousands of responses. If at any point you feel unsure or uncomfortable, it’s okay to ask for clarification or take a break. It’s also important to remain open and honest.

You don’t need to bring anything to your evaluation. There is no preparation necessary. We’ve got you! All you need to do is show up and answer the questions.
